How It Works
You contact us by phone or email and let us know what kind of equipment you have and the reported fault.
Our team will confirm if we work on the brand and explain the process in further detail. If you decide to bring the unit to us an assessment report is completed on all units that arrive to our premises. The assessment will confirm what is wrong with the unit, if parts are required and the price to repair the unit . There is a €70 assessment report charge payable on all vintage units manufactured before 1980 payable when the unit arrives to our premises. If the unit is manufactured after 1980 there is a €50 assessment report charge. If on receipt of the completed report you choose to go ahead with the repair work the assessment charge is fully refunded off the final bill. If you choose not to proceed or if the parts are no longer available to carry out the repair works, the assessment charge is not refundable.
If you are happy to proceed you call the offices and book an appointment to drop the unit into our offices to begin the assessment process.
When the unit arrives in, the report is completed and the repairs are carried out if you wish to do so on receipt of the report.
